This 30,000 square foot facility includes a multi-purpose room with adjoining kitchen facilities for the seniors' meals program, Adult Day Care Center for persons suffering from Alzheimer's Disease, senior services offices and reading library, a senior services classroom, and family counseling services and children's clothing program. The building is two stories of Type V-N, fully-sprinklered construction over a Type I basement parking garage. The interior design services included selecting colors and finishes, and specifying new furniture throughout.
