Foothill Vocational Opportunities in Pasadena trains and counsels people with developmental disabilities to become productive members of the workforce. The organization helps clients acquire job skills at the training and production facilities, and once a level of proficiency is reached, assists with job placement. PBWS Architects was assigned to add 6,000 square feet of manufacturing area and 6,000 square feet of office, counseling, training and conference space to the complex.
