This facility in Duarte will be comprised of 80, one-bedroom apartment units of a maximum of 540 square feet. The units will be located in two-story and four-story buildings, in an L-shaped configuration. Community spaces will include a large community room so all tenants can congregate in one place, a service kitchen, a library/computer room, a hobby/craft room, a laundry room, small lounges on each floor, and a larger waiting/lounge area at the building entrance. This area will double as a waiting/social area for residents and guests.
