varying degrees of physical disability. The ground floor units are designed
for the non-ambulatory. The common areas on all floors are designed to provide
full accessibility. Amenities include a sitting room, community room, laundry
room, and roof terraces. Included is a manager's apartment with adjacent office.
The project was built with HUD Section 202 loan funds, with supplemental assistance
from the Inglewood Redevelopment Agency.
