This project is part of a larger senior care "campus" which provides multi-level
care for residents. These eight new cottages / duplexes were conceptualized
and designed for unassisted-care residents who share the services available
to the entire facility community. As the need for assisted living arises, cottage
residents have the option to relocate to other units on the campus. Royal Oaks
Manor offers a progressive living experience for seniors.
