Over the course of more than a decade, we partnered with the client to consolidate the Church’s program into a single building. The effort began with a programming and feasibility study to evaluate the potential adaptation of the existing main auditorium. When the assessment determined that the auditorium was not well-suited to meet program needs, we conducted a comprehensive conditions assessment of the Sunday school building to explore its viability for renovation.

Following this analysis, we prepared demolition documents for the auditorium, enabling the subdivision and sale of the parcels it occupied. Building on earlier planning efforts, we then updated the original program and advanced into the development of construction documents for the renovation of the Sunday school building.
