Celebrating the Ribbon Cutting of Project homekey norwalk

PBWS team members Kirstyn Bonneau, AIA Bonneau and Rob Takei attended Project Homekey Norwalk’s ribbon cutting in October. In collaboration with the Weingart Center, PBWS refurbished the 55-unit former Motel 6 into permanent supportive housing under the Los Angeles County Homekey program. With a new roof, interior finishes, structural upgrades, all-new plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems, and added amenities, the property has been transformed into a safe long-term place to call home.
